Harris Country Rainfall Totals
I came to work in Clear Lake this AM – in a pretty heavy rain, but no flooding here locally and lunch at Jason’s Deli on Bay Area had moderate traffic.
So, for my part of Houston, Eduardo was just a much needed rain maker. Consensus is it’s a blessing for Central Texas – they need rain bad.
