Sunday notes

What an amazing Sunday.  What really keeps our spirit impotent is hidden sin.  We fear the shame of telling someone our sin, because our society has placed this thought in our heads that if you don’t like something or someone, you throw it out and get something/one that makes you feel good.  As Christians, we’re not called to make each other feel good, we’re called to love and bless one another.  Our spirit blessing another, by the Holy Spirit, which we can’t hear with sin buried in the corners of our heart.

Here’s a Nooma video that was shown that just spoke volumes to me.

How many times to we just need to say, “Nothing you can ever do will make me love you any less” to those around us?

God does.  What are we hiding from giving to Him?  Maybe if we can love like God, we might really see His Heart in us.
