An old man from the old country packed up his wagon for the market. Setting along his way, with his horse leading, he encounters a militia stop point a ways down the road.
“What you got in there old man?”
“Oh, just some things for the market,” the man replies.
“What kind of things,” one of the soldiers asks.
“Let’s see, I got some coconut cream, coconut butter, some coconut bread… May you might like a sample?”
Smiling, the soldier replies, “Yeah, I think we need to check it.”
The old man climbs into the back of the wagon and pries the lid off a barrell container the cream. The solider scrapes his finger along the top of the white cream, pops it in this mouth, and comments.
“Not bad, old man. Looks like it is coconut cream. You can go.”
The old man returned to the front of the wagon, picked up the reigns, and says, “Giddy up, Coconut.”
