Satire: Pat Robertson says Houston’s next!

Despite recent criticism over recent Haiti comments, even more inflamations were heard on a recent broadcast about the city of Houston, the nation’s fourth largest city.

On his talk show, Robertson commented on Houston’s recent mayoral election where an openly gay Anice Parker was elected. Hailed as a “progressive” move by liberal leaders, Robertson was quick to point out the penalities for homosexualism He added that Planned Parenthood has completed a new building on I-45, near the main campus of the University of Houston. “This is the largest abortion clinic in the nation, ” Robertson commented. “Houston has become ground-zero for the evil of murder and homosexualism.”

Contining on the thread of natural disasters, comments were made that “if they thought Hurricane Ike was a problem, they haven’t seen but a part of the wrath the Living God. The earthquake in Haiti was just a start. God’s just getting warmed up – which side of that wrath to you want to be on?”

No one from Robertson’s staff was coerced or bribed with a liter of Jack and a subscription to Today’s Lego Builders magazine to write this story. Seriously.
